Groupe Coutant Finances chairman Jean Marie Coutant has guaranteed to team-aaa.com that all prizes from the ESWC will be paid up in a month. There had been doubts over the ESWC's ability to pay the prizes from the 2010 event after the company failed to pay a €15,000 bill for services provided by Reseau Local at the French qualifier.
Coutant, chairman of Groupe Coutant Finances, which holds 80 per cent of Games Solution, has guaranteed that he sees the ESWC as a long-term project and that he has set in motion a three-year plan to put the brand at the top again.
According to him, this year's prizes will be guaranteed by a loan from French bank Société Générale, with Games Solution targeting a rapid growth over the coming years, in part due to deals with potential international partners.
He also declared that all prizes will be paid in just 30 days, once the players have provided their bank account details, and that he will oversee the process personally. Moreover, according to team-aaa.com, the following brands have been registered by Games Solution:
